Broken leveler

“One chair arrived with a broken leveler (see photo). We tried to get a replacement part from HomePop but they said they do not have parts and we should contact Ashley. Can you help with a replacement part. With the leg repaired the chairs are great. Currently they are a problem. Thanks in advance for your help.”
