Arrived damaged - still waiting for resolution

“Ottoman was packaged well, even had a dust cover over it, however it was damaged. It had scratches on it. I contacted Ashley and started a claim, was told someone would contact me in 3-5 days… it had been one week and no one has contacted me. I have a huge box waiting in my foyer and no idea when this will be resolved. I am having a party this weekend and I am extremely disappointed”
