WORST FURNITURE COMPANY with non-existent customer service

“Still waiting for Ashley to contact me regarding delivery of a damaged ottoman. I have a case # Justin entered for me but I have to wait for a email to come. They don’t do phone calls LOL yes, I’m well aware Ashley avoids calling customers! This was the only item the salesperson Wendy at Westland store could not order from my in store purchase. The in store delivery has been equally horrible with 5 delivery trips thus far, still 2 pieces of damaged furniture, a hole in my drywall from delivery team, and back ordered items that won’t arrive until October, but sold with delivery date of 1 week. Customer Service is non-existent at Ashley. Westland Store Manager Nate says he can’t help once order leaves the store. I was put in que by customer service rep on 8/8 to speak to a Supervisor, no call yet as of 8/18. On 8/15 I called the store back and spoke to Ray the Sales Manager, who put in a ticket with VIP team at 2:13pm EST, was supposed to get a call within an hour but again, still waiting. I would NEVER recommend Ashley to anyone unless you don’t mind receiving damaged furniture you paid good money for with zero customer support to resolve the issue! Ashley’s Corporate office will only direct you to fill out a dispute resolution in which they want you to release them of all legal responsibility to file your claim. It’s very apparent Ashley doesn’t wish to build repeat business, they are one and done. Sad 😔”

“Love this ottoman. The leather type finish looks very high end. Best thing is that my 4 dogs’ hair doesn’t stick to it. Great piece to store magazines, toys or board games.”
