A bad purchase and experience

“I did not receive the mirror I ordered. It was not the same kind, color or quality. I received a different brand and size. I called customer service who requested pics. I emailed pics and followed up with a phone call. I was told to wait 7-10 for a response. It has now been around 15 days with no response.”

“ABSOLUTE JUNK. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, EVER!! Such a horrible experience- mirror is very very poor quality. Tried to return, drove 3 hours to store, was told that it had to be retuned online. After speaking to customer service I was told that I had to contact them with in 72 hours of item delivery to be able to return! Absolutely ABSURD. Nowhere in my ordering process was I noticed of this ridiculous policy or that it had could not be retuned in store. After speaking with multiple agents (and being hung up on) I finally convinced a supervisor to return it. After deciphering an email written in terrible improper English I again drove to UPS to retune and was going to be charged $452 to ship back!!!!! They will NOT send me a shipping label. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL.”

Shipping issues not worth the trouble

“The mirror took a little longer to receive than expected. Once we received it, it was completely shattered. I immediately contacted customer service. The representative was very nice but all she could do was submit a request for an exchange and said someone would contact me by email within 3-5 days with the results of their “investigation”. I was instructed to open the packaging more and to get 7 good pictures of the damage for proof. Once I opened it up more, tiny pieces of mirror fell out all over the floor. I submitted the pictures and was asked to repackage everything. Then unfortunately, I stepped on a piece of glass and had to constantly chase pets away while cleaning up shattered mirror on the floor, I don’t think the mirror is worth the trouble. Something I was supposed to receive in 3-5 days seems like it will take 3-5wks.”

“Didn’t really like it. The wood (if it really is wood) is very cheap looking, like it would break by a puff of wind. Is it molded recycled ash? Or maybe be some sort of puffed wood. There is zero shine on the finish. I will be returning.”
