Sleek and beautiful but faulty hardware to hang.

“If you’re purchasing this mirror to hang be ready to buy new hardware for it as the ones it comes with snaps. It’s about 30-32 lbs and the hardware it came with is just not rated for that.
If you plan to use the mirror with the already attached stand it comes with, I’d rate it 5 stars.
This mirror itself is beautiful, sleek, and modern. Mine did come with a little chip towards the top but once we hung it you could barely see it since it’s so far up.”

“I never received my item. FedEx damaged it so it was never delivered. I had the worst experience with Ashley customer service team who kept giving me the runaround I had to investigate myself to figure out why my package was never delivered. Then once fedex informed me about damage I notified Ashley who stated they will send a new item I am still yet to get any notification that item is on the way and customer service refused to expedite new package delivery claimed that they can’t there is no way to do it just giving me BS answers. I would like to give no stars but it’s not possible.”
