Purchase with caution

“Beware of this mirror and any mirror from Ashley! I purchased this mirror for my new home. It was lovely and a perfect accent to my entry way. Unfortunately, the manufacturing of the mirror was done very cheaply, as it was only glued to the back of the frame. This mirror slid off of the cardboard, barely missing me and my dog after an evening walk. I asked Ashley for a refund and to recall the item. I was told it had been too long since my purchase and they saw no need to move forward with my claim. Please, check the mirror frame and ensure the edge will actually hold the glass in place, in the event the glue decides to no longer hold. The glass was not tempered, and had it landed on myself or my dog, it could have had a potentially deadly outcome. I imagine my mirror was not the only one manufactured in such an unacceptable fashion.”
