“I will never order online with Ashley Furniture ever again. I had a window of delivery time from 7 AM until 7 PM today and the delivery never came. I have called multiple times to try to pin them down for a timeframe and nobody could give me any answers. Very, very disappointed.”

don’t accept broken furniture at delivery

“Delivered with white glove service only one of the legs is broken (it came that way) and now it’s laying on its side in my living room waiting for the promised Ashley call- the delivery guy said they would within thirty minutes (ha!) and also the representative I spoke with and nothing yet…”
