Returning is a nightmare.!!

“The insert was average, was hoping for a feather insert, this was just foam. It looked OK, but the machine embroidery was also average. Therefore the 3 stars and a return. The return was a nightmare, and still ongoing. Not only do you have to pay for your return, they make you go through this time consuming Q&A period before they will even give you an address to return to. Then to add insult to injury, they make you wait 3-5 days before they will approve the return so you can mail it out. What a waste of time..!! I would rate the return process a zero.!!”
