“I ordered 2 sets of the glow in the dark mushrooms. When I opened the box both sets were broken. There wasn't an ounce of packing material in the box. I contacted customer service and sent pictures of the broken items but have not received a refund as yet.”

“Well, my second replacement came and it was broken too, and I contacted Ashley and they have not responded back to me. I would suggest not buying these because they don’t pack them right and by the time they get to you, they’re broken.”

“First same came broken due to no packaging. After offering me 5 percent off to keep a broken piece, no thanks, they sent me another set. This one also came broken. Waste of money.
It took a month to receive the replacement. And I still have not been refunded.”
