Not freestanding and thick particle board

“I ordered this to be a toy storage. I did not realize at the time that it is not free standing and it is intended to be a closet system. There are no back legs, so you HAVE to screw it into the wall. Also, it is just thick particle board and laminate. For the price, I would have expected better. The 2 stars are because shipping was fast, ordered Monday and received Thursday. And the other star is because it is a good big size.”

Items were purchased, paid for, but NOT DELIVERED. Once they take your money and ship your items they don't care if they are actually delivered

“Still have not received this item even though it was shipped over a week ago. Still waiting....Seems like it's easy for Ashley to take your money but not as easy to ensure the items are delivered. Ashley customer service is a joke. I won't ever shop online for such large pieces as FedEx (Who Ashley uses for ground shipping) seems unable to delivered those pieces. This Chest of Drawers and the Closet Unit I ordered were shipped but not delivered. All Ashley and FedEx have told me to do is "keep waiting"...easy for them to say them them have MY MONEY but I DONT HAVE MY ITEMS. Very disappointed customer. I've ordered larger pieces in store and had them delivered with NO issues. Not sure why shopping online is so different. DO NOT ORDER LARGE PIECES ONLINE. They will not be delivered.”
