“Do not order anything online from Ashley Furniture unless you plan on keeping it. Their return policy is terrible. I ordered the bench and wanted to return it. They said I could return the 38 lb bench at my expense. Needless to say, it wasn’t worth it. They make it so it’s not cost effective to do so. I ordered once before from them a few years ago and they never answered phone calls or emails. Just horrible customer service. I’d give their return policy negative stars if I could.”
