Poor packaging, minor broken pieces, BUT Closet Tower is sturdy and good quality!

“I give it a 4 due to its sturdiness and good quality, but its a 3 overall due to the following.
The problem was that there were a couple of chipped areas and 2 broken resin nail holders (for the adjustable shelf) i don't know if this was ordered once and returned, but when I received it, it looked as if it was opened before and they just added layers of box tape to keep it sealed. I should have taken a picture but it skipped my mind.
This explains why they don't have a warranty or protection service for it. In case things like this happens and you can't return it. Plus this item is only available online.
Truly that is what made me give this a low rating, if packaging and pieces came intact it would deserve a complete 4 star. BUT the actual tower closet with rods has worked perfectly for my closet.”
