“The off beige is actually a yellow! I called customer service and won’t accept me to return myself to the store to exchange for a different color. I am forced to pay for a return. Not even a free exchange. Customer service doesn’t care if they lose business. It took days to receive a reply by email. I will never buy anything anymore at your store.”
