“Beautiful and easy to assemble. The quality looks amazing only flaw is the two side pillows are a bit hard and large so you get pretty wedged in but you can just easily remove them😍”

“It seems to be pretty solid & good quality. We bought this a couple weeks ago so I can’t speak to how long the fabric will last. It does seem like it will show wear on the seat fabric so we will try to be careful with it. Color is beautiful!”

“Very impressed with these chairs! Well built and sturdy. I was particularly impressed with the cushion build. It is firm enough to hold its shape and not sag over time. Yet, still cushioned enough to sit in for long stretches of time. We got these in green and the color is exactly as pictured!”

“PRO: Looks exactly like the picture. I get tons of compliments and so far it is holding up well. JT Knox products are very stylish. Shipped and packaged perfectly and you only have to assemble the legs onto the frame (tools included).
CON: Should have looked more closely a the dimensions...the back doesn't support your shoulders but then again its an occasional chair not a recliner.”

“I am so very happy with these chairs. I went in store and couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for. The associate showed me these online and they seemed perfects. But I was hesitant buying something I had not had a chance to sit on first since I have back problems. These arrived promptly. Only assembly was attaching the feet. They are very comfortable to sit on, don’t bother my back at all. They are gorgeous, I’ve received so many compliments. I am extremely happy with this purchase.”

Poor customer service

“Chair is ok looks pretty but not sure on how long it will last, sat in it once and material is already stretched out. For the price the chairs should be heavier. Also Ashley has not followed up on one of the chairs being damaged during shipment. I sent in pictures and another chair should have been sent immediately, I have called and keep getting told someone will contact me. Crickets”
