“We were extremely happy with the hall tree we ordered. But I wasn't very happy that my $50 promo was NOT excepted for the item ordered. So be aware of this, reminds me of the "bait & switch" routine.
Shipping was very fast, 2 days by FedEx”

“Love it! It looks just like it does in the picture, more green than blue. Matches my living room colors perfectly!! The box it came in was very heavy, it took me a few minutes to push/slide it through the front door. I put it together by myself. Instructions were very clear and it was easy to put together. It took a while, but wasn't difficult. Totally worth the money spent!”

“This low rating is not for the hall tree, which is beautiful and was easy to assemble. It is for Ashley’s horrible false advertising and customer service. It states on their website for this product that it will be “delivered right to your door,” which is why I chose to buy from them. I am a petite woman that just underwent neck surgery, and I live up two flights of stairs with no elevator. Fedex ended up leaving it downstairs in the mailroom and did not deliver “to my door” as promised. I attempted to carry the package myself but couldn’t even move it a few feet. I had to open the package downstairs and take it up the stairs piece by piece, which was around 10 trips. When I called customer service, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience,” and that Fedex may choose not to deliver to the door. That’s not what your website guaranteed! Your Paxberry chest also has fallen apart, the door keeps crashing to the ground and even on me a few times. You lost a customer for life.”

“Beware: if the carton is damaged, or if for any reason the product is not satisfactory, the buyer will pay for return shipping. Supplier will not provide a shipping label (even if deducted from refund). Check out shipping costs for heavy items! Better to buy furniture locally. Ashley online and local Ashley stores have no reciprocal relationship, so no customer service available locally. Also, color not at all as represented by the photo.”
