“The cushion is very wooly looking, and not the professional look I was hoping for. Other than that I like the chair. Unfortunately the return process is extremely difficult/expensive. I was told a local return wasn’t an option for this piece and that I had to pay the cost to return, which is more than $425 through FedEx. I’m still searching for an economical way to return this chair.”
