Very Dissapointing

“The colors are nothing like the photo which looks grayish and somewhat neutral. When this piece arrived, it was mostly black with some mother of pearl accenting and it doesn’t match my decor at all. I immediately called Ashely online to return but they told me since it’s not damaged, I’d have to pay for shipping. I again stated the item looks nothing like the photo and I didn’t feel I should have to pay to return but they would not change their minds. I took it to a local postnet to ship and the cheapest price to ship is almost $80. I guess I’m stuck selling this on fb marketplace now. I normally love Ashley and have purchased many items from them but this experience will likely keep me from making more purchases if they refuse to stand by their products being as advertised.”
