Did not look like the pictures

“When I opened the box to begin assembly, I literally thought I was delivered the wrong item. The color looked NOTHING like it did in all the pictures and video on the website. Off white? More like a weird shade of gray. This piece is so shiny that it looks like it is made of metal and should be magnetic. If I would have seen this in person, I would not have bought it. The only reason it got 2 stars instead of 1, I do like the size and the different compartments. I wish I could return this item.”
