“TERRIBLE QUALITY- the sofa and bed is ROCK HARD and can't be returned direct to an Ashley store. You have to pay return shipping to Kansas which costs in excess of the cost of the sofa bed. Not happy with the purchase or Ashley on the return policy. Will take my business elsewhere next time.”

“This sofa and mattress are ROCK HARD and very uncomfortable. We went to return it locally but they will only allow returns to go back to the Kansas warehouse. We were responsible for scheduling the shipping and the cost was more than the sofabed so we are stuck with a ROCK HARD sofabed. Ashley would not work with us on any accommodations. We would not buy this item again.”

“I have not been able to assemble the couch yet because I was not informed when it was delivered and it was left outside my garage. I cannot get it up my stairs as I am a woman in my mid 60s. It was not right that it was not delivered into my home and I wasn’t informed. Extremely poor customer service.”

“Do not buy this piece of crap! One piece broke within one week of delivery and the back of the sofa is completely broke after two weeks. Save yourself some money and buy a futon from Walmart. Probably more comfortable than this rock hard sofa.”

“I ordered 2 of these items. The first was assembled with no problem, looks good, and is comfortable. The second sofa is missing parts (2 small castors). I’ve ordered them, by phone, through Linon customer service but after 3 days, I still have not received confirmation of the order or shipment. Item #10 in the parts list.”

“First of all the delivery person didn’t even knock on the door and left it in the driveway. The boxes were damaged and so the assembly was difficult and the nails wouldn’t align the left side rivets for bed extension were broken and didn’t allow for extension. And one of the wheels doesn’t extend without a lot of work for it to stay in place”

“So disappointed in the quality of this spa/bed. This is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat in.....It is harder than the floor. There is no padding anywhere....just fabric on wood. JUST AWFUL my plan is to send it back!”
