Broken on arrival

“The tree is pretty but it arrived broken because it was not packaged properly for delivery. I have contacted Ashley, provided proof of broken item with pictures, now they want proof I donated the item before I can have a replacement. At this point I just want a refund. I am going to try to take to my nearest Ashley store, maybe they will help me get a refund. I won’t buy online from Ashley again.”
