Never shop Ashley

“Wasn't what I expected. Lifted it out of the box and wasn't the right color. Slid it right back in, contacted to return. This was the most difficult and cumbersome return process I've ever encountered. Required minimum of 7 pictures and management approval. Said I would receive an email 7-10 days! Never got it, had to reach out a 2nd time. Then had to pay for shipping. I will never shop Ashley again due to their return process.”
