Poor quality- both orders delivered damaged

“My first shipment came and the box and actual furniture was damaged beyond repair. I was then sent a new item which was also damaged. Rather than sending the second shipment back my husband is going to try and repair if he can find paint to match. Overall fit and finish was poor. I will not order online again from Ashley.”

Not worth the time and effort

“Multiple pieces came broken or scratched. Ashley was a nightmare to get a replacement from, so I went to Crosley furniture directly, and they shipped it within 48 hours. It was so hard to put together considering how small it was. Some of the holes hadn't been completely drilled so the screws couldn't go all the way in. Needed some DIY to get it done.”
