Horrible customer service! the worst! disgusting!

“0 stars! But wouldn't let me submit without giving a star. I give negative stars. The worst customer service ever online!!!!! I bought a record player holder over 3 weeks ago! they send me chairs. I still have the chairs. They said I can't return to the store since I bought online. I waited 8 days for an email. Now they want more pictures to prove they sent me the wrong item! they still won't give me a way to return it. I bought the above item but I got chairs that are huge and taking a ton of space up in my house, but won't let me return it”

“Great product but no assembly instructions were included in the box. I called customer service and they were no help. I had to google the assembly instructions and luckily found them on a different website (not Ashley furniture).”

“The record storage cabinets are very nice quality and were pretty straight forward to assemble. Removing one star because they are much shorter than I anticipated. Yea, I should have read the dimensions better prior to ordering, I was just so excited to have some mid-century modern cabinets sized for records.”

Great piece, great value

“I am always a little leary of buying furniture that needs to be assembled, but I was very happy with the construction and ease of this piece. Everything was well made and designed. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The sliding door comes as a solid piece that actually has some weight to it and is very nice looking in person. I was able to put this together by myself in about an hour. This was a great buy.”
