“When the cabinet was moved to its space, one of the doors broke at the top and bottom and fell off the cabinet. Also, the information describing the cabinet showed the depth as 13.85”, but my husbands’s shoes (size 11 1/2) don’t fit. That’s a big strike against you.”

“Never received my order. I am in Oregon and the product shipped from California. It shipped all the way across the country and ended up in Maryland. And that is where it remains to this day. Was suppose to have a new order shipped out and I am still waiting for that notice. So disappointed. Would not recommend this company.”

Missing parts and poor Ashley furniture customer service

“My set came missing 2 pieces. In hindsight, I should have just returned it, but figured this must be a somewhat common occurrence and getting replacement parts shouldn't be too difficult. After all, they even have a replacement parts website! 2 weeks since delivery and I have no ETA on replacement parts. The physical store wouldn't even talk to me, my email went unanswered, my online chat was answered but I was put in a queue for 3-5 days in which someone responded they would begin the process of looking into it. I already know what the issue is, I need parts F&G! Just SEND them to me.”

Too small for use with larger sized shoes

“Had to find an alternative use for this as it is too small to store larger sized shoes with the doors closed. Measurements given are misleading because of the design of how the doors take away from the interior space. So, it was a waste of money.”
