“Please stay away from this vendor, because this is pure stealing and fraudulent. I got a curtain of 1 quantity , which supposed to be 2 panels as shown in this picture and I was sent only 1 panel after the delay in delivery. I reached out to their customer service the same day I received the item to make my complain and they said, the will reach out to the vendor, this took a couple of days to hear from the vendor and the response was, is one 1 panel, they are sorry the picture is showing 2 panels. Come on, there is no way I could buy a curtain of this quality at $39.99 compare to other curtains I have bought in the past.
Let me shock you, I also place an order of 3 quantities of another curtain in this same company and received my 6 panels complete, by that I mean, each quantity was 2 panels in it and the 3 quantities was 6 panels. Now I told them I want a refund because I want to return the item and the said the 3 days grace period is gone, that I cannot return it.
This is after the in response from this vendor here. Am so so disappointed that a company of this magnitude will do this. This is ripe off.
. This is a zero star for me. Please be careful of this vendor.”
