VERY UNHAPPY WITH QUALITY.

“I am very unhappy with the quality of both chairs. I returned one chair and received a replacement. But after I had the chairs about a week I noticed that they each had a hole in the in the seam at the inside corner of the seat stitching. This was only visible after close inspection, but in the right light you can see when you sit in the chair. Also one of the chairs has little to no padding in the right front chair arm and the cushion lays with wrinkle in the stitching. I obviously can live with this because it is to much trouble to keep returning the chairs. I was able to donate the first return to a local no-profit and send a donation receipt to Ashley but, never received confirmation that they received the receipt. I am still worried that they will charge me for the chair. This is a situation where you get what you pay for. I will replace these chairs as soon as I can afford to and will NOT be buying from Ashley online again. I did but the protection plan. Do I just make a claim? Making a claim is also a lot of time spent on something that should have been right the first time.”

“Love the chairs BUT the delivery dates that was a big problem because one day they were going to be delivered but was changed late in the day I did take off of work lost a day pay then they were two days later”
