Terrible customer service. No follow up from Ashley Furniture for a return.

“I bought two of these cabinets. I assembled one and found it to be less than I had hoped. I contacted customer service a week ago, sent pictures of the unopened second cabinet, with a request to return it. I have not heard from them since. I have followed up almost daily with emails and texts but to no avail. This is not what I would have expected from a company like Ashley Furniture. I am hopeful that this review will inspire someone at Ashley to respond.”

“The cabinet itself is beautiful. The assembly was a little tougher due to poor quality of the hardware. I'm glad they sent extra as some of the cams broke as I was assembling the cabinet and there were missing screws in the main packages. The holes for the shelf supports were not big enough for the hardware they sent so I also had to make those bigger. Had the cabinet came preassembled I would have rated higher but for the price I paid for it, I expected the assembly to be a little easier.”
