Wrong color and terrible customer service!

“Very disappointed! I ordered this to match a buffet that was the same line and was described as brown like the Buffet. After unpacking the jigsaw puzzle it doesn't match. I tried Customer service and spoke to a foregn lady who could barely speak english. She said she was sorry and someone was getting with me to replace it. Instead I get an email from another person from another country whos name I cannot proniunce, I sent her pictures of the mismatches and even the boxes described them differently. She said sorry about that the photos online may not look correct or the manufacturing could have slight variations. These were two completely different colors and ever the descriptions on the boxes was different. Since she clearly could not undersatnd the issue I sent another email asking her to get a supervisor or some to help me or just return it. No response yet. I have purchased many thousands of dollars from Ashley with little issues. This one is ridiculous. I have no idea how I could repack the parts to send back. Extremely irritated and disappointed!”

Frustrated!

“After receiving the second cabinet because the first one had warped pieces, I managed to put it together, but only because I had to use pieces of the first one to make it work. A lot of measurements were off! The directions had a mistake in one of the steps telling you to use 2 pieces that were clearly the wrong ones. Customer service was horrible taking 2 days to get back to me ever time I contacted them. The whole process took 6 weeks! Will never buy from this company again!”

“I was completely surprised of how well this cabinet is made. It was easy to assemble. Even the doors were perfectly aligned without adjustments; that never happens! It was delivered on time and at a great price.”
