Cheap, Cheap, Cheap!

“Horrible product. First, it smells bad. Second, the scale of the item is off. While it's 39" wide, many inches are nothing but the overhang of the top and the drawers are so tiny once you account for how they've engineered the assembly. Third, I received a flawed unit that did not have correctly aligned drawer glides - the bottom long drawer and the top short drawer don't even close because they hit against pieces of the cabinet above. Lastly, customer support to correct the drawer issue has been non-existant. I am processing a charge back though my credit card because SimpliHome has stopped responding to me after I provided photos.”
