“If I had seen this chair in the store I wouldn’t have purchased it. The fabric looks cheap and the seams on the cushions are puckered. It is too much trouble to return it.”

Cannot Rate as the shipment is really late and they don’t know where it is!

“Unfortunately my shipment hasn’t even arrived yet. Shipment didn’t arrive on scheduled date it should have. Contacted FedEx and getting the run around through them as their shipping app doesn’t keep me informed AND after being told it was on its way to the city close to me, four days later it was completely on the East Coast. Stating now that they must of loaded it on the wrong truck!
If I actually get this item AND it is in great condition, then I will update my rating and share with you. For now I had to give a 1 star when it should be zero as I cannot rate something I didn’t receive. But to be fair it is the shipping’s fault not Ashley (other than they should hire a better shipping company)”
