“I purchased two. One is fine but the other has something wrong. When you sit on it, the chair makes an extremely loud and sharp creak that sound like the chair is going to fall apart. It’s obnoxious. Contacted customer service on Saturday but still waiting to know what’s next. Hopefully the return process is smooth. Patiently waiting.”

“I absolutely love my new chairs! They fit perfectly in my living room and add a beautiful accent. They’re also very functional -the swivel feature makes them great for visiting with friends and family or watching TV.
There was a mix-up, and I initially received one of the wrong chairs, but Ashley Furniture resolved it almost immediately. They quickly sent the correct chair and picked up the other one. Excellent customer service!”
