Double charged with terrible customer service.

“The chair is great. The customer service was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. I was charged twice and billed twice and no one was able to stop the shipments or assist with the refund. Additionally, no one can even provide a confirmation number of a call when speaking to customer service and they work solely off an algorithm of questions and offer no actual support or assistance. It was an infuriating and frustrating expierence.”

“Just what I wanted! I love my new swivel glider chair. It's firm & helps me to sit up straight, no slouching. Who doesn't like to swivel & rock?! My husband says it looks like an old person chair, but it makes this old person happy!! (How old do you have to be?)
Great delivery too. Just cut open the box, & she's ready to be sat in. I did scotchguard it though- I want it to last for awhile & look nice.”
