“The product is perfect. It’s exactly what I was hoping for. So glad it worked out. It is such a cool design and perfect back rest height. The only big complaint I had was ordering it. The shipping was so delayed. I received no updates from them until I called four times. The wearhouse or original place that holds the chairs did not transport it to fed ex until way after what was supposed to be the arrival date to my house. It did come undamaged and fully assembled. I pleasantly surprised. I just wish the communication was better and that they held true to the shipping, at least within reason. Over all I’m disappointed in the process but would rate the chairs 5/5 perfect!”

“The chair's base broke during delivery. There was grease and ball bearings all over inside the delivery box. It has been a week and still waiting for someone to get back to me. White glove delivery are just empty words. Nervous if they finally get back that another chair will come in the same condition.”
