“Good price; Love the color, looks great. A bit hard. But won't work as planned in Dinning Room.
Needs to be in Living Room or Bedroom. The deliver was delayed and the box was damaged and taped together. But inside - chair perfect. Just put the legs on ; done.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ashley’s Furniture. When my order arrived, it was missing parts straight out of the box. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, their customer service team gave me the runaround with excuse after excuse about why they couldn’t provide the missing parts. Not only was this frustrating, but their unwillingness to work with me as a paying customer showed a complete lack of accountability and care.
When you spend your hard-earned money on furniture, the least you should expect is to receive all the pieces you paid for and to be treated with respect when issues arise. Unfortunately, Ashley’s Furniture failed miserably on both counts. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I strongly caution others to think twice before buying from this company.”

Beautiful Chair but the packaging needs better thought planning

“Beautiful color and comfortable but one of my chairs is damaged on the arm…box arrived beat up and looks like the arm was placed on other boxes leaving an ugly indentation of the fabric and wood. When it was delivered the legs fell right out of the box. Packaging needs to be thoughtfully taken into better consideration.”
