“Your system wants to know how I like my chair? I don't even have it yet. Ashley page says it was delivered on June 28th but I do not have it. Fed ex system says maybe tomorrow. How can I possibly review something I don't have. This is not very customer friendly.”

“I purchased this accent chair to use for reading. It is beautiful and VERY comfortable. I was really surprised by how comfortable it was! In the other reviews there are comments about the cushion being too firm. I personally like firm cushions/mattresses due to my back problems. I found the firm cushion to be a positive trait because it made the chair more comfortable for me. However, if you do not like firm cushions it may not be the best chair for you. The back and the arms of the chair are well designed to provide additional comfort. Highly recommend this chair! It is both functional and beautiful!”

“These are pretty and the shape and size is comfortable but the seat cushion is hard as a rock. There is no give. I tried taking off the cushion and walking on it to soften it but that did nothing. If you want a chair that won’t give you pressure ulcers watching a show on TV I get something else.”

“Unpacked chair within 10 minutes of delivery. Chair had a fabric defect and blue die stains that were present prior to packaging/shipping. Called customer support and after a considerable amount of time being shuffled from one representative to another, received nothing more than a case number; no follow calls or emails.
We have a house full of Ashley furniture that was bought in store. And we like this chair. We just don't think they should have shipped us a chair with defects. This would have been 75% off in the scratched and dented section of the store. This is the first time we've order from Ashley sight unseen since it was not carried in the stores. We shopped long and hard for the right chair, and this is it, but should not have to pay for defective product.”

“I am very disappointed with our experience. We received the wrong colored chair. When I called customer service, I was told that it was from a third party vendor and that I would have to wait for an email from them. My husband then called and got a little further. I got an email that night asking when it cold be picked back up. I gave a list of days and still haven’t heard back. Don’t waste your time. It’s not worth the headache.”

“Fabric is nice. I love the style of the arms. The cushions are really firm not squishy, but they are not reversible (tacked down and only fabric wrapped a few inches underneath). They are well made and sturdy.
I'm glad I didn't pay the $369 full price as they aren't worth that. I got them on sale for $204 (plus tax).”
