Incompetent and fraudulent company

“I could not think of a worst review to write to you people. Your customer service sucks. I have not even received this order. I called over six times to find out when it was going to be delivered and almost 2 months later they said that I didn’t even have an order although I had the receipt and it was taking out of my debit card and I had the proof of all of that And yet people continue to say you cannot find my order. After numerous emails and phone calls you continue to say that you could not find my order then finally I get an email saying that it is going to be shipped when I clearly told and called for the reason of I’m not going to be here for the summer and to cancel it Immediately and refund my money in which you said it would be immediately canceled and refunded and yet here you are again asking me how I like my order when it never even came and you won’t refund my money. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I am ready to claim fraud because I still have not received my refund”
