“I would love to tell you about it except it hasn’t arrived yet. I received an email March 11 stating it would arrive March 12 having ordered it the previous week. The next day I received an email stating it was delayed. Now you send a survey on March 14 asking my opinion? I’ll give you three guesses and the first two don’t count. The tracking with FedEx indicates it will be delivered today, March 17 end of day. I guess technically that gives FedEx until 11:59 PM tonight but in the business world end of day usually is 5:00 PM. Either way, it’s still not here.
Get what I paid for. Ashley had a great deal to take advantage of but I could have built one in the time it has taken. Disappointed Ashley over-promised and under-delivered. We’ll see if it arrives before midnight. In any case, I will rethink future purchases with Ashley and certainly nothing on line”

“This bench looks great and is as pictured! The material looks rich and feels soft. We have not really used it yet, but assembly went well and the size is perfect. It seems to be the right height for putting on shoes and the storage area is big enough for our kids sporting goods equipment!”

“It's good. I just don't know how to get rid of that factory smell of chemicals. It's been 1.5 months already. I was hoping to put in blankets and clothes, but it'll end up stinking so now it's more like folders and papers. My brother says it looks more comfortable than it actually is, lol. It's not uncomfortable, but he is right. At the price I paid, I wasn't expecting a super comfortable bench. But it does give the illusion it is, lol.”
