“We like our new chairs and they helped open up our living room with the openness of the wooden arms. The chairs are high quality and were easy to assemble. My only negative is the seat cushions are extremely firm, almost to the point of being hard! Other than that, we like them.”

Beautiful Chair, But Arrived Damaged

“I ordered two INK+IVY Novak Lounge Chairs, but so far I've only received one — and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. The frame was cracked, which was really disappointing.
I’ve already opened a case with customer service and am currently waiting for a response. I’m also still waiting on the second chair and really hope it arrives in good condition.
The design and style are beautiful, and I’m looking forward to enjoying them once this is resolved.”
