“Would not recommend ordering from thing company at all. The chair itself was fine but I didn’t like it in the space. I went back and forth to try to get a return label and was told this is “a third party seller.” I assumed I would have the same customer service from Ashley furniture, since that’s where I ordered from. Very deceptive. Ultimately UPS wants over $400 to return so I will just keep it. Buyer beware that your product is basically not returnable.”
