Horrible furniture

“Well I guess it’s satisfactory after I pulled three staples out of the arms …didn’t realize till actually sat in it …..my wife and I bought 5 rooms worth of furniture from Ashley when we moved into our beachfront condo in Florida (08/2024 )needless to say the furniture is garbage as well your customer service …I believe furniture and customer service was from somewhere in Asia …they did not speak English well so communication was hampered quite a bit …the only reason we purchased this chair was because of the foul ups on deliveries (Ashley using third party delivery service ) delivering many pieces of furniture which were damaged and the damage the delivery people did to our floors ..which is still not totally resolved ,Ashley gave us credit for our troubles ….will never recommend Ashley to anyone …. Your product sucks to put it mildly…..Will be contacting BBB and possibly an attorney”

“It’s often hard to find a combination of chic, comfortable, and reasonably priced, but this chair fits the bill. It’s spacious enough for a child and an adult to sit together. Our family loves the chair; it’s adds something special to the space.”
