No mounting hardware. Unprofessional "customer service".

“This was shipped without the mounting hardware. I called Ashley and spoke to someone in the Philippines who was difficult to understand, and then asked me for a photo and told me someone "would be reaching out to min in 3-5 business days" to see about sending me the hardware. They can't just send me the hardware now??”
