“This chair is so dang comfy. It takes a bit of a minute to set up and you really need to follow directions so the legs face the right way but once its set, it's there for good. The cushion for the seat is firm yet so soft. You truly can sit there all day and be comfortable. The backside has good support and it curves out so you can rest back at a slight angle instead of straight up. The material is woodish and color a nice light wash.”

Beautiful chair!

“This is a beautiful natural wood colored chair. I love the light beige/tan color. It goes beautifully in our living room. The assembly was super easy. Directions were clear and concise and easy to follow. The chair came in 4 pieces and all bolts and screws were labeled. The chair is very sturdy, and I know this is going to hold up well. The cushion is firm so I know it will not get worn down easily. The back leans back a bit, so it’s much more comfortable than most chairs with straight backs. I am very pleased with this product and definitely recommend. I am wanting to get another so I can pair them together in my living area.”

“I love the style of this chair! It was simple to put together out the box. The only thing I don't like is the firmness of the cushion. It's very stiff. On the plus side, it will definitely hold its shape over time.”

“This chair is horrible but Ashley’s customer service is even worse! I will
never ever do business with them again. The people you email insult your intelligence and act like you only have 72
hours to return an item when the fine print says 30 days. Then, in a follow-up email, they proceed to act like they're
bestowing a a good deed upon you by saying they’ll go ahead and accept the return if you ship it& pay the absurd amount of return shipping. The call center people don't have bosses apparently (ha!) so there are no supervisors to be connected to. Even people i personally know who work remotely have people they report to, so it’s mind-boggling to me that Ashley employees “do not.” I use air quotes because i know they do, but they just really dont seem to want to help you. This chair is not comfortable AT ALL. The chair cushion is not attractive in person and sadly that doesnt truly depict in the online photo. I’m not spending $100 to return a $200 chair, so sadly, lesson learned.”
