“The package came in damaged (the lid) and customer support said they didn’t have a replacement part and I would need to return the product for a replacement. The piece of furniture is large and heavy and is too much trouble to repackage and return at this point”

It is a full Assemble Cedar Chest which means it probably will not stay together for a long time it'll fall apart so I will be sending it back

“What will I receive the chest I did not think that I was going to have to build the whole thing I thought I was going to have to put just the drawers and stuff together and put the bottom base on or something I didn't think it was a full assembly so no I'm not happy in and I am sending it back”

“Very difficult to assemble. A veneer corner on the lid has a slight crack in it. Didn't notice till we were all assembled and attaching the lid. Like the look/wood color.”
