No Customer Service and Lies

“I wish I could give stars, very poor customer service. When I ordering it said 3-5 days then they said 3-4 weeks out. I found elsewhere cheaper and in stock. Called to cancel, they said it was canceled then shipped it the same day. Called back again and they said it wasn’t shipped and it was canceled. Received 2 days later and returned. Will never buy from Ashley again.”

“We were told by our representative to purchase this battery, we have a couch with two reclining seats. We were climb back watching TV. We recline up to retire for the evening. That’s the only time we’re using the battery source. I find that the battery lasts two weeks not up to a month as stated by the sales representative so now I’m looking at purchasing another $300 battery which I would’ve gone mechanical knowing that the battery source would’ve been a total of $600 ridiculous.”
