Chair, nice. Shipping/CS , disappointed

“The chair is very nice, easy to assemble. Had a big problem with shipping! Very disappointed. Before I ordered it on line, I was in a chat , you can trase it with, I believe Megan. Anyway, I have limited mobility and wanted the chair delivered to my door. We have a locker system here and didn’t want it delivered there. I live on the second floor apartment. She said I just have to contact Fex ex and change it in the delivery manager so they bring to front door. I get the delivery email from Fed ex, go to the delivery directions… and they say it can’t be changed by them. I call Ashley CS and was on the phone for 1/2 hour, only for them to say they can’t change it either! Very poor communication. And extremely upset that no one had the answer! I even talked to a manager that was no help at all. Like I said, was very upset that no one helped me!”

Nightmare to try and assemble

“Impossible to put together. Struggled for over an hour and bolts would not line up with holes. Returned it.”
