“Came damaged with multiple pieces having nicks chunks missing and scratches. Box looked like it had been in a war. Tried making a claim but virtual and text assistance did not work. Even spoke to a representative who said to try again but would not help over the phone. So I'm stuck with a brand new damaged bench...so disappointed when I should be enjoying my purchase. Someone from Ashley can you please help and make this right???”

“This piece is great so far! It was a little tricky to put together, however. The instructions pointed towards an assembly order that resulted in needing to undo pieces or force others in. This resulted in some scratches (fixed with old English furniture polish). But it’s sturdy, looks nice, and worth the money. Made for a great addition to the room, especially with some cushions.”

“Really good effort producing this product but a serious flaw pulls the quality down. Directions encourage hand tools, but the pilot holes for the screws are too small for the screws. The result: it is way to difficult to use the small hex tool to install the screws, and I’m surprised that only one piece of wood cracked from the strain of fully seating the screws.”

“I would have given 5 star as the saying goes. But there's two issues.
1 assembly is tough with the supplied tools. I just had a hard time in about 8 close to corner screws.
Took a bit and I've done tons of assembly
2nd is the bottom of the storage. It's a chinzy thin almost worthless thing that ruins any heavy storage. It also doesn't go in well. It has to be slightly bent and worked to place. A 3/16" thick real wood 2 piece would be far superior. Not a bad storage seat otherwise.”
