“I’m absolutely obsessed with the faux-marble tops on these tray tables! The tables were already assembled you just have to assemble the stand that goes for the tables. I would suggest using a power drill or durable wrench screwdriver then the mini wrench screwdriver that’s included with the box to tighten the screws for the table rack. Besides that, it’s a beautiful tray set and I use my tables everywhere in my house!”

“Nice looking tv trays. One con: At this price point, 12 nutserts or T-nuts for the 12 assembly screws should be considered for this product. Instructions cautioned me to tighten the 12 screws tight but not TOO tight. 11 screws understood what that meant, but screw #12 unexpectedly stripped the threads in the wooden screw hole. I did a rube goldberg repair using toothpicks in the screw hole. This got the job done for now but whether others will strip out under normal wear and tear remains to be seen. I would recommend for buyers who are familiar with small furniture repair work.”

Misleading shipping expectation

“It’s a very poor customer experience and very misleading the way companies like Ashley use “ships within 1-2 days” as a way to make customers think they’re getting their order in 1-2 days to compete with Amazon, but in reality customers won’t receive their product for a week. Just be upfront about the expectation for delivery which, you know, is what customers are looking for. Not ships within date - I can’t review the product yet as my parents still haven’t received it (this was a birthday gift) - but I appreciate the opportunity to leave a review nonetheless.”
