Nice colors, issue with one chair

“I love the chair pattern and colors, like other reviewers, colors are more fall like, no bright red at all.
I’m only giving 2 stars, because out of the two chairs I received, one of them, it’s like they didn’t put any padding in the seat. It is totally different than the other chair, not comfortable at all.
I’ve purchased many things from Ashley, this is the first time I’ve had an issue.”

“Some assembly required? There is no way I can assemble this chair that makes all the legs straight!
Trying to contact customer support is a nightmare. Even getting in contact with my local store by phone is impossible.
All I ask is that it be assembled properly by someone.”

“Love the chair, great quality but putting together was a bit of a hassle, but we figured it out the back legs we placed them in wrong direction the first time and the work space for installing the back legs were really small to place the screws and really tighten them up so that was a little struggle, but we made it and the chair is fantastic Thank you.”
