“I ordered a ficus tree on 9/25 and a box was delivered on 9/29. It was clearly marked fragile this side up but was delivered by fed ex up side down. When I opened it, it was clearly the wrong item. After making 2 calls to Ashley requesting a refund I still have no resolution and refund. Both agents I spoke to were professional but still no refund. Tree is supposed to be picked up tomorrow by fedex and I’m hoping a refund will be processed immediately. I feel I’m being punished by your mistake and do not plan to order from you again.”
