Poor quality/way too long nightmare return process

“I made a mistake and ordered it before reading reviews. I tried to cancel my purchase 30 mins aftwr ordering by chatting online with ashley furniture. No luck. 30 minutes after that i called and was told it would take 3 to 5 business days for a specialist to inititate a return. Every other purchase ive made online, i was able to cancel my order as long as it didnt ship.not the case with ashley. So 5 business days later i get an email saying to reply to it to initiate the return process, so i did that. Today is business day # 3 or 4. Ridiculous. Bad business. I called last thursday d3madning to speak to a specialist in the U.S. and was denied. All they could do was send emails requesting i be called within 24 hours. I was never called. Still. I need that $ back in my account. Please. I just want to return it. It is very poor quality and not worth even half the cost i paid for it. Strictly my opinion.”

“It's not even wood it's like a very cheap press board!! We were very very surprised when we opened it up. For what they are selling this vanity at $$ we thought it would be made out of a different material. Usually press board products sell for alot less money.”
